Hi all ..... i am trying to set up my ser7000 to print all food items automatically on the receipt roll (no kitchen printer installed)
I have set up a new status group and added the food plus to this group
I made the status group send to KP ( usually if no KP found would print on receipt printer) but no joy .....
Any ideas what i am doing wrong

you have to set the till as the backup kp - but thats going to be quite slow while it spends time looking for the none existent kitchen printer!
why on earth not set the items to print directly to the internal receipt printer?
only did it like that as is how i did it on by 5100 till - on that it prints almost instantly ......
how do i tell it to print directly to receipt printer for certain plus or groups ??
ok .... just re read manual ..... sure i tried b4 but will try again in morning
will put system options / general print / option 21 to print automatically
and plu status group / option 34 to print on receipt and let you know if works
check settings and are as above ..... any ideas??? sure it must be something simple but just cant figure it .....Andy
