Hello all,

Please help (again)

I am using the sam4s er5200m, I completed an initial clear which printed a result of OK. Which is good right? !Chin

Now the till is saying CLOSED regardless of what setting I put it in i.e. register, manager, void etc… the till is saying CLOSED and I am unable to work any of the buttons expect receipt feed which is not much help.

Can someone please tell/help so i can get the till working again.

Hi,

The closed message means you need to sign on a clerk in Reg mode.

Do you have any clerk buttons on your keyboard layout?
Usually they are the 4 top right buttons.
