hello and thanks in advance for any help received, Ive just acquired a till and all the modes are closed, just need the till to operate in a basic mode but cant clear any mode from closed ?

HOLD DOWN SECOND BUTTON UP ON RIGHT HAND SIDE
POWER OFF - PAUSE 3 SECONDS - POWER ON
IN ORDER - TOP LEFT, BOTTOM LEFT, TOP RIGHT THEN CASH BUTTON [BOTTOM RIGHT]
WAIT
WAIT SOME MORE
WHEN YOU GET THE MESSAGE TO LOAD DEFAULT MEMORY ALLOCATION, PRESS CASH BUTTON AND WAIT AGAIN FOR A PRINT OUT
TURN KEY TO REG AND PRESS 1 INTO THE CLERK BUTTON

does not work all i get is sequence error
as the original author of the above instructions, i can assure you it most definitely does work - follow the sequence EXACTLY
