Hi,

I’ve recently acquired the above cash register. I’ve not been able to use any function on it as it is in a permanently ‘CLOSED’ state. 
after some advice we have tried resetting it and replacing the soldered battery but still having the same issue.

Would be grateful for any ideas/suggestions?

Also meant to add that I am not using a specific Sam4s power lead. Am using a spare power lead I already had which was not for a cash register, could this make a difference?
