I have Sam4s 520 RT. I need to have a button for debit cashback.
I have no problem creating a virtual or a hard key for this fuction.

My question is when I use the cashback button I do not want
the amount to affect any of the report totals, how can I create such a function?

Are there any settings I can use to accomplish this for creating a plu/group. My accountant needs to know the
amount of cashback being given to the customers.

We use the credit card machines totals at night to tally.

everyone i know uses a simple finalising key, renames it debit card then -the question of cash back is asked before completingthe sale
if the bill is £7.50 and they want £25 cash back, simply ring in £32.50 into the debit card payment button and pay out the change in cash.

Thats simple enough but it wont show how much cashback was given in a day.

That's the info my accountant needs to see.

What you are describing is to tender a sale using a debit button. For example if someone bought for $5 and wanted $20 cashback, your method would show that a debit transaction occurred for $25.

I only need a record of the cashback amount which would be $20 in this example.
