Hi Team,
Came across an issue with a setup I have of 3 SPS-2000 polling via Internet to a central server running SAM2000. The client's setup has a few PLUs with "Happy Hour" pricing setup however when I run the "PLUs BY Group (Financial)" report it only gives the sales made at the Level 1 price. Can someone say if this is a bug or my incorrect expectation. The figures are correct when I do a PLU sales report but this particular (and very important to the client) report that shows sales by PLUs sorted Group doesn't show me the correct sales figures.
I am running SAM2000 ver 2.2. I have been unable to find a website that provides updates, fixes etc. Thanks in advance.
ive been in the game 35 years and ive never ever heard of sam 2000 
i see you are not in the UK so i doubt anyone here will be able to help either.
I would take it up with your local dealer as they may be more familiar with that software.
the only package ive heard of in the uk is called samstock which has a report on product sales by price level.

Unfortunately the client got the SAM2000 from the US-based dealer and since my involvement I realize that SAMStock is a much "richer solution" but the client isn't willing to spend right away to switch to SAMStock. SAM2000 allows polling of their SPS-2000 systems and facilitates uploading/downloading of programming information. Guess I will have to keep searching with the hopes of finding out who supports program updates to SAM2000.

Needs to be set up in memory allocation "PLU report by price level" in SRV mode. Back it up first.
