Sam stock v4.9 back office setup

The main problem here isn't samstock, it's setting up the network.
It's not too difficult, although sometimes the way windows 7 words things can be confusing. You're only concerned with the IPv4 set up, and for tills make sure the first three blocks of numbers (eg 192.168.0) are the same as the router. The router itself will take care of the wifi addresses, and will hand them out on a first come first served basis. The only problem you might have is an address conflict because the last block of numbers on your till (11 & 12) are quite low but if you have to change them because of the routers address, take them a bit higher.

i have manage to ping the tills successfully now by someones help. tills were setup with wrong ip, i had 192.168.0.11 instead of 192.168.1.11

when i run sam event now gives me error saying that (no connection ECR timed out)

any ideas

This is where the samstock experts will need to help. I stopped dealing with samstock because I got a little bit fed up with it. I'll say no more!
