Can anyone help me setup Sam stock v4.9 to my sps530 tills. The manual that comes with it only gives instructions for setting up with xp, but I have windows 7 installed.

My current setup is like this. My both tills are connected to the router with Ethernet cable and they are setup and communicating with each other fine. Now my back office pc is connected to the router wirelessly I have tried setting it up but having no joy it's just not communicating with the tills at all. Even if someone point out step by step instruction for windows7 will be appreciated.

if purchased legitimately through a dealer, this is exactly what you pay for!
call your dealer back and get them to set it up for you.

Apart from commun ications, there are many other settings that have to be correct also [depending on how the tills are set.

I personally have never set up samstock wirelessly and cannot advise. Perhaps your dealer can"

Andy is right. Your dealer will (should!) know exactly how to set up wireless network communications in any flavour of windows. Only stumbling block is if samstock wants static IPs. Not a problem in itself, but if it's not a dedicated pc for samstock, then.........
Personally, I much prefer cabling. Saves any power savers, other programs, etc shutting down or changing the wifi settings.

i have bought a legit copy paid over £400, now the dealer i got it from was on ebay and he is not replying to my emails. i have tried to contact main distrubuter but they are not helping me either. they are asking me to do the same thing contact the vendor.

i have contacted local reseller of the epos system and they want £200 to set it up which seems a bit expensive.

i would appreciat any help guys.

First thing you need to establish is if you can see the tills on the network. Can you ping them?
If you don't know what that means, then I would advise paying the money. Personally, I think that's quite a reasonable price for a call out to set up everything that's needed.
I'm not being pedantic here, but some things do need to be set up properly in the first place or it'll never work as it should, and you'll regret ever buying the software.
What was the name of the seller on Ebay? I don't know any dealers that sell software that way, well, not in Scotland anyway.
