I've setup my keys/plu's on the the pc and entered price 1 and price 2 which i throught would be for takeaway price if i setup a price level 2 button but i must be wrong how would i setup a price for eating in and takeaway please help
you are not wrong - this is exactly how i would advise people to set up second price.
dont forget to set the status on the second price level button to be "item pop up"

firstly, when you took the till out of the box, did you allocate memory for the second price level?
if not, it's back to the beginning i'm afraid, you cannot change the memory allocation after it has been set at the point of a ram clear.
