if i select the wrong item or the wrong qty or the customer changes their mind part way through the purchase how do i correct it. I can see options for error correct, void or mdse return.

error correct = last item void - has to be used instantly to remove the last item entered before any other button is touched

void = push void button first then press item you wish to void

merchandise return - returns the item outside of a sale
