hi everyone
we have just taken over a petrol station with a sam4s till witch the operators book has been lost. The till has a scanner all the bar codes and prices in it. we would like to program the amount of stock we have into the till. Hope someone can help us thanks
the best help I can give you is to say save yourself the effort and don't bother!
the 420 is an entry level scanning till for the amount of effort it takes keeping up with stock - its not worth the heartache! its hard enough with samstock [the back office package that goes with the till]
but stand alone........
when are you going to input the stock that you collected from the cash n carry? its a full time job! and in between serving customers? forget it!
if you are serious - bolt on a back office pc and load up samstock- then when u upgrade to a serious scanning till, then all your products will be safe and easily transferable
