Hi
I have an ER230 and I'd like to change the graphics image on the till receipt.
I've managed to connect my PC to the register, but am stuck on the image. I keep getting error messages telling me that my image is too big, when it isn't. 
Please could someone tell me how to change the image?

LOOK AT THE PROPERTIES. AS WELL AS SIZE, CHECK THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED BLACK AND WHITE IMAGE - THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS GREYSCALE

Anyone have any other ideas?
Check the amount of black in the image. Don't know what the specifics are for that model, but there is a limit to the black (it's to stop the print head overheating).
