Gift Card / Cash / CC Split Tender

Split Tender is turned on and we can enter both cash and credit in either order, however once we hit CASH, we are unable to enter a gift card amount, even if we have a remaining balance.
We can enter credit and gift card on any offer but have to gift card before cash and I am unable to determine why.

I don't know these machines, but that sound like Gift Card isn't actually a finalise method.

Regardless, if that's the only problem you've got then simply ensure that Gift Cards are always done before any other payment method as that is a much more sensible way to do it anyway.
