Hi all
I have just purchased the software to program my ECR from my laptop.
I have uploaded the data from the ecr, but the PLU information is nonsence (£12,802,234.54 for a pint of beer!!!!)
Any ideas?

What software are you using?
Sometimes the products can be corrupt if using the wrong version

Thanks for quick response.
I have tried two versions of the software, 3.00c and 3.00d. Both these versions are younger than the ecr's (12months and 18months old) I am not sure what ROM versions are the them though, don't know how to find out!

I have version 3.00c which I used today on a 5200m that worked perfectly.
The date on the about page is Sep 24, 2008

Yup, the same as mine, the 3.00d is Jan. 20. 2009 and for versions of ROM 4.1 and above.
It's quite wierd that I get different data from the same ecr depending on the software version used.
I bought the software from a firm in South Wales, I'll give then a ring in the morning.
