Hi. I think Nemesis is right. You will have to use the owner key (I think it is marked 'C') to turn to S position, and allocate tax buttons. If you look at each of your keys, you will see that more of the key is cut out onones that turn to extra positions, so it will probably be the one with most cut away.

Thanks Mark,
I think there was a key with C on, I will try that tomorrow.
Kind Regards,

Hi Mark,
It worked, I have got a key with C on and allows me into service mode. The only thing is tax rate 1 is already set at 17.5000% so I was worrying about nothing. One problem i do have now is applying the tax rate to all my shop items. I have tried following the instructions in the book using program 100 - PLU status programming which tells me to press the first PLU number then the last that I want to have the same settings, I press PLU1 and then Scan in the barcode with the Highest number but as soon as I do that the till says sequence error. I have tried entering the barcode manually also but when I press the PLU button afterwards I get the sequence error message again.

I know what settings i need and it works if i do one item at a time.

Do you have any idea how I can program all my items to be taxable at rate 1?

Kind Regards,
Brian

Hmm. Haven't played with the taxable status on these.
Try 1, then the PLU button, then type in your highest PLU barcode number, then press PLU again.
