Hi,
I have had this problem with my 380 for a long time now, the maximum discount i can give with the %1 key is 10%. If I try entering any higher it says over limit. Does anyone know how to change this, I would like to offer up to 50% with this key if possible.

Try this:

P mode
Enter 90
Press subtotal
Enter 0
Press %1
Press Cash
