Hi i had to reset my sys2200 back to factory setting. now that this has been done and im reprogramming the machine i cant seem to get the cashier interrupt to work at all.
I've been working on it for over a month now and been thinking about sending it away to be programmed. But would like to sort it my self.
So any help would be a great value.

did you allocate memory to it?
is it activated in system options?
also set the irc up and make that till number responsible for the clerk interrupt data [even if its a single stand alone till - set the irc from till1 to till1

[as an edit - if you didn't allocate clerk interrupt in the memory allocation, then allocating it now will mean you will lose pretty much everything you have done up to this point]
