Does anyone know how to delete a redundant barcode/unwanted product from SiNQUA Epos data base?

Havent used sinqua in a while...can you send some screenshots of the stock screen?

Hi,
I attach a screen shot from my SinQua Epos system.
I need to delete this item from my database altogether.
I have many entries like this which I do not need anymore.

When I press the DELETE button at the bottom, system refuse to delete the product, saying could not deete because data will be lost.

Sorry to take long to post this screen shot, as I am not a computer savy person and have to get help to post this screen shot.Many thanks.

Hmm, its a weird one. Have you tried contacting YP? (PCMS now) They should be able to help you.
