Hi I currently have a epos iTouch Sanyo system the til is running fine but I can't access the back office it says I need to reconfigure system, how do I do that? + how do I reset password on the back office?

I have not met that software before but from the way you have worded your question, I would say its a "software as a service" suite - as such you pay on a monthly basis for an external server to host your back office data - which is accessed through a web browser.

the master password will be held by the business owner and sub passwords set for managers etc.
if you have just taken over the business, you need to pay a monthly fee for the hosting in order for the continuation of the service.
- if you don't, the tills will eventually "time out" too
