Hi there, Ive got a RS3010E cash register but this used to belong to the previous owner of my shop. I haven't got a key that allows me to turn it to P but I need to change the VAT rate and VAT Registration number. Is there a way of doing it without a key or alternatively does anyone know where I can get one?

Hi.
I love these dinosaurs. Did you know they are approaching 23 years old now? You will need a P key to change the tax. You can convert your other key to a P key if you need to. I have info available. The tax number details are held in the logo area. If you have the manual, look up logo. If you need me to help with the key, I'll find the info for you.

Hi Mark, thanks for replying so soon. Its driving me mad!! So how do I get my key changed? This cash register is a minefield!! Theres always something wrong with it.
As soon as Ive done that I can start looking into the logo area.
