Hi
I have an Omron RS3010E, I had to do a system reset in order to get it to work correctly. It works from the default program but now prints a set of numbers at the bottom of each receipt on both receipet and audit audit rolls. Anybody know what they are for and how do I get remove them.
The numbers printing are: 390.,....,....,.
406.,....,....,.
422.,....,....,.
Any help will be greatfully received

It's reminding you where the receipt message goes. You program your store details there. It will be logo programming in your book. Use the character codes in the manual to enter the text. If you fill the lines with spaces, you can make them blank.
