Hi
We ( a charity shop ) have an OMRON RS2810 to dispose of but need to clear the "shop information" fields first.
Is there a simple way of clearing the data fields or resetting to "factory default" ?
We have technical expertise available

In the absence of any advice , I disconnected the internal battery (with power off) , waited a couple of minutes and then reconnected battery and then power.
I was hoping that this would clear any programming !
I seem to have killed the till. 
No display or anything , although there is power on the boards.
Any helpful suggestions ?
Oh dear. That is the worst thing to do. You will have lost all of the system programming now. That is why it is dead.
Wizard has a manual here:

If you follow the setup in the manual, it will probably get the machine running again.
