I have an open order of £12 on my till. I have done a full tracking report and it comes up with "no clerk £12"
How to I cash this off if I don't have a clerk number?

think you need to log on as an engineer - can't post code here coz uniwell tend to throw rattle out of the pram!
call your dealer if you don't already know the code.
