I have just bought a used Micros Till running E7 and am having trouble getting into the configuration section and I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing.
When the software is loading up (out of windowsCE) it says press C to enter configuration mode. I do this and nothing happens and it just goes into the standard menu section once I've entered the 3 digit staff number I've been given. I know the attached keyboard is working but getting frustrated that I can't get I to the programing section.
Any hell would be appreciated.
