Systems Support Specialist -Dublin (Ref: 030608) July 09

Position available for an enthusiastic and customer services orientated individual required to join a busy team supporting EPOS systems. You will be responsible for supporting our PC based Touch Screen systems. Job will entail project managing customer installations, as well as on-going support and service calls. Sucessfull candidate will report to the Support Manager who is responsible for co-ordinating customer support. You will be confident with PC networking and Microsoft Windows products and experience in a similar role would be desirable. Full product training will be provided. You must have good communication skills.

Requirements

* You will have a good understanding of PC Networks and PCs. You will be comfortable supporting technical products
* This role will suit someone who is already a solid user of Windows XP, MS Office, IE6/7, and other windows based applications.
* PC based hardware knowledge would be an advantage
* Full clean driving licence
* Good customer orientated communication skills
