Do you already have a EPoS software package that you would like programming, or are you asking for someone to write you a package from the ground up.....?
If the later is the case I would seriously recommend you look at the packages that have already been developed and have years of testing and use behind them. These companys have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds in development time and testing.
I can personally recommend ICRTouch there software is incredibly stable, over 30,000 licences sold and have a large dealer network.
