My Checkout Xn760 wasn't used for a couple of months and when it was turned on it booted up as normal, but when I tried to open the till draw by pressing 'No Sale' it wouldn't open, then an error message saying - Error printer offline came up. I've checked the printer with the other till and that's working fine. Any ideas anyone?

YOU MAY HAVE THE PRINTER IN THE WRONG PORT? YOU MAY HAVE THE DRAWER PLUGGED INTO THE TERMINAL INSTEAD OF THE PRINTER
[I'M ASSUMING THE SOFTWARE IS ICR TOUCH?]
YOU MAY NEED TO SET UP DEVICE CONNECTIONS OR I/O PARAMETERS
