Scanning different products results in the same random price

Hi All,

I have a weird problem which seems to happen with products of Aldi. When scanning different products (different barcodes) with the Sunlux XL-2200, it registers the price as 13,82 euros while they all have their own barcode and price. I have asked my dealership and he told us to use separate barcodes. Is there any other way to solve this problem?

Example barcodes:

2 007030 013831

2 007030 013817

You've probably got something set up under "Non PLU Table" which is causing it to fear the price from the barcode.

Ask your dealer about this, and if they can't help then find a decent dealer who can.
