Hi guys
Just bought an epos system from a shop and thanks to some posts here I've managed to get most things working well. One of the things I'm stuck on that i havens had much luck with is Consolidating Receipts.
Each item i press comes out on another line so if i wanted to sell 2x Cappuccino they would come out as 1x Cappuccino and 1x Cappuccino. Whats even more annoying is that every time i hit the error correct button that is displayed on the receipt as well.
A further problem I'm having (not as major as the previous one) is that when i hit no sale button to open the cash register it prints a receipt. I think I've gone through every menu to find a fix for either one, let me know if anyone has some advice.

forgot to mention im running windows ce ICR touch version v3.534
I saw the setting for consolidating the KP printer and the reg, but cant find anything for the Receipt printer.
The only way i know how to do it is by pressing 2 then the time button then the item rather then just pressing the item twice as i would normally do.

The settings for that are on the print receipt key, which is a status key, depending on the version of ICR that will also stop the error corrects printing, as for the no sale thing, I imagine that you just have the receipt turned on so it will print one for everything.
Thanks, I've read a few times that the settings are on the Print Receipt key but i really had no idea what that meant. I found myself trying to long press the key to get to some settings. Your post made it very helpful when you mentioned that it was a status key. For anyone else having trouble go to program 3, then function keys, then status keys, then Print Receipt, then in the menu put consolidate item on.
