Hi all....Im new here so any help is greatly appreciated.

I have ICR Touch software and Olivetti EXPLOR@100xs Till. The computer with the software is in a different building to where the till is situated and we have been collecting data via the internet router......This has recently stopped working since we had a new router installed. Im just wondering if anyone can help me get it up and running again....I have a feeling it has to do with IP address but im not sure.

Many thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,
Your problem is because of port forwarding not being set correctly

rob is bang on
you need to set the port forwarding so that the port that the till dater uses on the web is directed to the correct local ip address of the computer which should have a fixed ip address not dynamic.

Well sort of, you need to forward port 5555 to 30101 on the router and then make sure that the no-ip service is resolving the public ip address to the hostname
