Hi - I have a Varipos EPOS running ICR Touch 2012 (on XP operating system). Its a new to me set up and Im trying to get a Citizen CT-S310S printer working with it on the COM1 port. Im getting output from it when I get it to reprint the last transaction but its just garbage. I cant see this printer in the list - is there an alternative printer in the standard list that would work (I had used this printer before with an older ICR Till running the 2009 version but I cant remember which printer I selected) - I am setting the printer in Cheque Print section of the System Menu. Thanks in advance.

You should set it as an Epson TM-T88 type, and make sure the baud rate is set correctly as will as N,8,1
