ICRTouch table 7 always errors 'Wrong Mode' ?????

help, we've got a problem on our ICRTouch till system with table 7 only. We can see that it has about £30 on it but every time we try to open it it comes up with the error "Wrong Mode"! We've tried it on different tills, including the check tracking master and even tried the table busy reset but that made no difference either.
Anyone know how to fix this please?

Someone has started that table using a training mode clerk which means that you will only be able to add more sales or cash it off using another training mode clerk. You'll be able to bill print it and it will show at the top of the bill who opened it, open it up with the same clerk and cash it off
