Just got my Posiflex Epos with preinstalled ICRTouchPoint 2012 hospitality software and in getting things programmed I haven't found any support sites or user groups??? ICR's own site is for dealers only...
1st thing I'm stuck on is how to get get the actual tax amount printed on customer receipt? I've got the TAX SYMBOL enabled but I need tax breakdown amounts....
Anybody out there?

with the best will in the world.... your first stop should be the dealer you purchased the system from
any dealer worth his salt will happily give you a little training - and shouldnt it have been set up for you?
Did you buy it new or second hand?
If its new, definitely go back to the dealer. Thats what they are there for.
Well I've kinda gotten myself into this situation as I purchased the system online from the UK and I live in Finland so my support is mainly email which I've used to much extent.
There's just some quirks in ICRtouch that the dealer doesn't even have a straight answer to...we've got our own guidelines here in finland say for receipt info that we have to give to customer.
I've plowed my way thru most of it, but this one is stumpin' me so far:
-how to get tax breakout amount on receipt (ie total tax by group, or tax by individual items)
At least I'm still learnin'!
