I have a really strange problem, i have 2 tills with icrtouch and i have keyfobs for the clerks but i can only seem to program the key fobs for one till at a time! 
if i program it to work on till 1 then it doesn't work on till 2 but then if i program it to work on till 2 it wont then on till 1 
the solution i have found is to remove them from the network and program them individually and then reconnect them again, but this will only work for an amount of time until we need to make a change again! 
Has any one else had this problem and know what to do ???? 
Do you have auto broadcast for clerks turned on or off?

HI GUYS thank you for your replies. it took ages but i found the auto broadcast settings and turned it off for clerks and this now means i can program each one individually ! which i think is good enough 
i'll get back to you about the hardware as they're both different, i got them at different times
