Hello Everyone 
Does anyone know how to change the logo on the customer receipt printer. I think that the file is downloaded to the printer when you first power up.
I would appreciate any help if someone knows how...

The graphic logo is contained in the ICRTouch folder, the file name is logo.rsc
You will need to take your image and convert it to this file type.
You should find a graphic logo converter application on the install CD for ICRTouch.

However I do not have the install CD. Can the graphics converter be downloaded from somewhere. Failing this, do you know how to disable logo printing..
I have tried removing the logo.rsc file but it still prints.

At least the logo is not being printed now....when I find a graphics converter I will install the new logo.

If anyone knows how to turn a .jpg or .bmp file to .rsc format, that would be very much apreciated...
