Hi there
Can any ICRTouch experts out there tell me if it is possible to have the following setup.
Member issued with loyalty card and assigned to a particular discount group. Can the same card the member has be used also for Cashless payment. Whereby they can top-up the card with cash and use it for payment or must a separate card be used for this kind of setup?

Yes, the same card can be used for a member to be given discount on sales and have an account facility where they can prepay the card for future purchases.
You will find a setting on the particular customer group "account customer" setting this to yes will allow the customers in this group to credit values to the account.
ICRTouch also manufacture a wall mounted revaluing unit where customers can swipe their card and insert cash to top up their account.
You can also take payments onto their card at the terminal or through their backoffice software.
