been using touchpoint fine under windows 8.1
Under windows 10 I get a blank black screen - ctrl alt delete gives me the standard options but selecting task manager to kill ICR process returns me to the black screen [I'm guessing thats touch forcing itself to be always on top?]
only option I have is the power button.
Has anyone else had this issue? I cant be the only person to try windows 10? !dunce :oops: :cry:

I have it running on my PC using Windows 10 with no issues, what version are you using?

When you end task TouchPoint do you go back to the Windows desktop?

It's been running fine on mine since W10 came out. Sounds like a driver issue to me rather than anything else.

Works ok on all ours in the office :) though we've only put it on PC's and not an actually touch screen yet as they all have pos ready on. Have you tried asking icr andy?
