Hi hopefully someone can help me with this.
We have a Protech Systems ps3100 till running ICRTouch software.
The shortcut linking to ICRTouch from the desktop no longer works.
I have tried amending the shortcut but after closing the till down the shortcut reverts to the former.
I think there is a possibility i may have inadvertently deleted some files, as the new shortcut now has to point to
hard diskOcius4ceICRTouchboxesce.exe
I have tried copying and moving files to a different directory but after closing till down any new directory disappears

go to
hard diskOcius4ceICRTouchboxesce.exe
highlight
hit file
send to
desktop create shortcut
or run it from
hard diskOcius4ceICRTouchboxesce.exe
check that you have an icrtouch folder on the C/hard drive ,,, if not check where it,s gone

Thats something Ive already tried, but as soon as the till is switched off the shortcut is lost.
