Does the software actually have a licence, or is it running in 'Demo' mode?
Otherwise, do you have an C:ICRTouchSales folder on that machine>

I purchased the license/software back in August. The software was put on remotely. The system is working fine with the exception of the X/Z reads. The Boxed32.exe and other files are located in the C:ICRTouch folder on my terminal.

In that case I'd suggest you go back to the company you bought it from and ask them to sort it out.
