I have taken on a pub with 2 sharp up x500 screens with icr touch system in place. To save getting a new system i decided to try and re-do all of the PLU's as they were a bit of a mess. So ive spent hours changing the buttons and lists etc,...only to stupidly turn on the other screen and realise its not been changed on both. How do i do this???????

Go to home.
press Manager mode.
There is normally an option to send in there, but you will have to be logged in as a clerk with permission to send.
Also make sure you send from the till with the new changes.

They have to be connected over a network yes.
To make sure they are connected there should be a button called inline functions, again it can usually be found in the manager mode. This is also where you should find a send program button.
After selecting inline functions you should see a box with various options. the first one should be initialise irc. this gets the tills communicating with one another.

Failing any of that you can always copy the Prog folder from the icr touch folder on the uptodate till and paste it into the icr folder on the other till. However if they are networked you would then need to change some settings to make sure the tills have different sys config so you dont have a sotuation where you have 2 masters (with the same numbers. Getting them on a network (irc) and sending changes is definitely preferable.
