Hi
Does anyone know how to disable the magnetic card reader? I get a beep and a red light from one of my tills every so often - we dont use the card reader, just wondered if the was a way to disable them, Ive looked in the programming section of the menu but couldnt see anything. Many thanks

If that's on the RT-565 that you mentioned previously, just unscrew it and take it off. If it's randomly beeping then that's nothing to do with the ICR software and it's probably a hardware issue.
