Hi everyone.
I have a problem. I have a terminal xn902 and one printer. i need to add another printer to the system as one is needed as a kitchen printer and the other one as a receipt one. How can I add that printer so the terminal recognises it? I tried two printers: some generic USB one and an Epson one connectet via serial cable. Neither worked. can't install any drivers either. Dont know how to resolve this problem. Anyone could help please? There isICR touch v 3.535 installed on the terminal for sales.

the settings need to be changed in programming under systems options onlr rs232 printers will work though.
then you have to tell each plu whether to print to the kitchen or not.
One of the printers I've tried was Epson TMT88IV which is DB9 to DB9. should that printer work with the terminal?
yes thats one of the most common printers to use - in fact other brands emulate the tmt88 protocol.
