How to extract products from an ICRTouch EPoS machine to a CSV file?
Not easily. Speak to a local dealer and get a back office software / system
we have the Touch Web Office back office. Strangely i dont see any options for EXPORT and IMPORT in that either. Its a shame because if you want to do bullk edit this would be a good easy way of doing it.
Firstly, it's not good netiquette to jump on someone else's post - you should really just create your own thread...
If you have TouchOfficeWeb then why are you not asking your dealer these sort of questions? I'm not trying to be funny, but that is what they are there for.
There are a few "Export" type reports which your dealer may not have enabled for you. Alternatively, every report should have a 'CSV' option available when you run them.
My Apologies. I thought this was a forum and anyone can ask question and respond to other peoples questions. If thats not the case i will not do this in the future. I will only respond on my own thread.
