hi any icrtouch experts out there, is there any way to make icrtouch do a z read every night automatically? my manager keeps forgetting and sometimes he isn't even there at the time so then he does it next day but it has 2 days figures in one!

thank you for your reply. I have the back office software on my laptop, touchoffice? but i think that's meant to be left on too for getting the sales every night, we only really use it for changing the menus and stuff.
i'd prefer if we could do something with just the till itself
I have touchoffice running at home, it collects the sales from the till every night over the internet can't you do something like this?
You can't really do anything on the till itself. You kinda can with some of their scripting stuff, but I wouldn't. If you do that though you will need to talk to your dealer about that, there's no way you could do it yourself.
Have you looked at their cloud back office at all? We can probably supply this to you no matter where you are, we can do the setup on your tills over the phone or something.
