Hi

Can anyone tell me if its possible to add say 5p to EVERY PLU in one go? I don't have the backend software so would have to be done via the programming function on the till itself.

I know you say you don't have Backoffice, but you can do it with their back office, touchoffice http://www.icrtouch.com/epos-software/touchoffice in the global price change function.

Where are you in the country? Have you thought about asking your dealer to help?
