I recently bought a Genio Epos system running ICR Touch and a Hero Th200 printer, I done a ICR Touch factory reset and now my hero printer is not recognised have I deleted the driver.

I can't find this printer in the list of printers that ICR show as standard. Can someone please help tell me what I can do to get it back working.

I've never heard of a Genio Epos system? I'm sure by now you have fixed your problem but in case you haven't most printers actually pretend to be Epson TMT88 so just look for this in io parameter :) x
