Can anyone help? Been using the Samsung ER4615 for few years and now have a problem when entering a price then pressing the named department. I cant enter any price above 1p. Anything above that and E1 error appears and doesnt change when pressing clear. All other departments work perfectly when using any prices. I dont want to do a full ram clear each time this happens, any suggestions please?
you have inadvertently programmed a 1p digit limit on the button.
turn the key to program, enter 99999 on the number buttons then press dept that has the issue [you may or may not have to finalise with the cash key - i lose track of those old dears 
bottom line is turn the key to register and try thi till - if it squeals at you, turn key back to program and press the cash key]
