Bit of a shot in the dark with this one.

Have recently acquired a number of Panasonic JS-800-RM printers to replace broken printers of the same make/model but having problems with setting them up to work with tills. Keep getting Printer Busy on till screen!

Any help would be much appreciated.

If I had to guess, I would say that if you are using a serial connection, that the printer baud rates are not set to what your software is expecting
