Hey guys,
I'm not totally new to the world of epos and so on. My mom want's me to help her set up her new j2 560 epos machine. She said the main thing she wants done is to have to talking to the cash register. I'm not sure of the registers make or model unfortunately. But could anyone out there give me some tips and guides on setting up a j2 560 epos and have it working with register and so on?
Do I need certain equipment / cables / software etc.. I've got some experience with computers and networks so I'm not totally clueless..

Sorry mate, but this post makes very little sense. The J2 is simply a PC, albeit an expensive one with touch screen and the like.
Are you saying that you want to connect this to an existing ROM-based cash register? That's likely to be impossible, but it would really help if you parts what sort of till it is.
The J2 will need EPoS software of some variety unless you simply plan to use it as a PC
