"closed" message on ER 5200m

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help with this problem. I have the above register and have set it to pop up clerks. One a transaction is completed the customer display changes to closed - and that is causing them to think that the shop is closing rather than the register. Is there any way of changing this whilst still retaining pop up clerks?
